Since I live in Australia, I learn a lot of cooks, so I decided to write my home-cooked recipe in an app called Cookpad. What I like most about Cookpad, it allows me to write a story behind the recipe and its very good way to find any recipe from another Cookpad users. Good for learning, some of Cookpad users even provides steps with picture too that make even easier for beginner like me.

…And this bread pudding recipe was my first recipe I wrote.

7 slice white/wholemeal bread, cut into 4 squares

7 tbsp butter, melted

Milk Mixture:

1 egg

evaporated milk/ sugar, to taste

500 ml milk

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla essence

Topping:

Chocochips and raisins

Milk Mixture: mix well all ingredients of milk-mixture and taste to correct the flavour.

Preheat oven 170degree Celcius.

Dip the breads into melted butter, then put them into baking dish.

Add the milk-mixture into, sprinkle with toppings as desire.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes.
